The purpose of this consultation and lifestyle audit is to gather comprehensive information on about 50 different points to create a personalized training program that aligns with your goals, needs, and lifestyle. This ensures no critical detail is overlooked and sets the foundation of what we want to achieve and how we’ll achieve these goals.
INFO PACK
You'll receive an Info Pack to get the most out of your personal training sessions. This will include a nutritional guide (+ healthy food list to choose from), information on recovery, a checklist to keep yourself accountable, and supplements to use.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
Using science-backed methods, I'll assess each client’s fitness level, body composition, and goals to create specific, measurable, and realistic training plans.
GOAL-ORIENTED TRAINING
Whether clients aim for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness, I'll apply research-backed principles to match your specific goals.
EDUCATION ON TECHNIQUES AND MECHANICS
